   Two lines by email: what you do, who does it, where it seems to jam. If you don’t know which one to pick we decide together — it’s the first question I ask.

   An hour on a call

   You show me how you actually work: the screen, the files, the system, the message thread where the urgent things end up. I ask questions. You don’t need to prepare anything.

3. 03

   The document within a week

   Five pages at most, in plain language rather than jargon. Then half an hour on a call to read it together, included.

It is yours. You can build it with me, with your team or with anyone else.

Not a deposit

It is not deducted from the project. It is a piece of work in its own right, and that is why I can tell you the project isn’t worth doing.

• If you already know what you want built and just need someone to build it: we skip the analysis and talk about the project.
• If the problem is the whole company rather than one process. This looks at one thing at a time: half an answer about everything helps nobody.
• If what you want is confirmation of a decision already taken. That is not the work I do.
